Alexandra McCarty, a senior majoring in Economics with Management concentration, was impressed that Fred Manske, Jr. was kind enough to come back to his Alma Mater to help students appreciate the importance of business ethics.? His E.C.L (ethical, caring and lifelong learning) core strategy was the focus of his discussion. His book went into greater detail about each area, and he shared examples of how to succeed and live up to these core strategies as a person being able to put the E.C.L. core strategy into the context of life, examples made his visit very meaningful. He also talked about three most important takeaway points. The takeaway points included, ?You can be successful and ethical, be passionate about continuous lifetime learning, and live a life that makes a positive difference for good.? The Woltemade Center is grateful for Manske?s willingness to talk to our students about this important aspect of business and leadership.
